RedirMe provides URL shortening and email forwarding services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RedirMe for:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
  • Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Adult content or explicit material
  • Violence, terrorism, or extremism

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

Your use of RedirMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy . We collect and process data as described in that policy.

6. Service Limits

Free accounts are subject to the following limits:

  • URL shortening: Rate limits apply
  • Email forwarding: 3 active forwards, 30-day expiration

Paid plans offer higher limits and additional features.

7. Link Expiration and Deletion

We reserve the right to delete links that:

  • Have expired based on their expiration date
  • Violate our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Are inactive for extended periods
  • Are flagged by users or automated systems

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RedirMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Security of data transmitted through our service
  • Accuracy or reliability of service

9. Limitation of Liability

RedirMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedirMe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RedirMe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
